Prioritizing roads, schools, public safety, and community services to keep pace with population growth. Many schools are over capacity, public safety calls are increasing, and community services need to reflect accordingly.
Ensuring development is planned, sustainable, and supported by infrastructure across Onslow County, with a strong voice for unincorporated areas. Growth should ideally be self-sustaining, not a burden.
Supporting job creation, small businesses, and workforce development. Onslow County has a young population, with many residents between ages 20–44. Providing solid local jobs opportunities, we help keep families here, especially those transitioning out of military service and that strengthens our community.

Keeping residents informed, involved, information accessible and working together with community partners and leadership to make the best decisions for our county. For unincorporated areas without a municipal voice, the county must advocate on behalf of its residents. When residents are included, the county becomes stronger and more united.
